That's a javelin, not a hellfire. Hellfires weigh a ton and are fired from helicopters and UAVs.

This is not a hellfire its a Javelin.
The Hellfire rocket itself is 60 - 100 lbs and there is no shoulder mounted platform for it.
Hellfire is laser or radar guided and flies straight.
Javelin is less powerful but has the tactical advantage of striking from above.
